Beliefs

What Christians believe:

1. God created all that is seen and unseen (create everything).
2. Jesus is the son of God & is one with God
3. Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit & born of the virgin Mary
4. Jesus suffered and was crucified. After dying and being buried, he rose again and ascended to heaven, returning to judge the living and the dead.
5. Anyone can have salvation
6. People who repent of their sins will be forgiven

Beliefs have been brought down through ages:

1. The Bible is written word of god
2. Only one God, existent in 3 persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Spirit
3. Christian believes in:
1. Lord Jesus Christ
2. His virgin birth
3. His sinless life
4. His miracles
5. His toning death
6. His resurrection
7. His ascension to the right hand of the Father
8. His future returning to earth in power & glory to rule 1000 years.
4. To be cleansed from sin = repentance & faith in the blood of Christ
5. Believe in water baptism
6. “By his wounds we are healed”
7. Christians can live a holy life.
