Christians pray not only five times a day. They can either pray more or less.
When Christians pray (to God/Jesus) they don’t repeat the same prayers or verses. They may talk or have a conversation with God, sitting quietly in a moment of silence. They may stand or bow or kneel.
They pray to show the fact that God is a loving father and they love him, too, and want to be close to him.
Some wash their bodies before praying and need a clean heart (clean from sin).
